  I reckon this is the best meal I had in Hunter. Starting with their home made sourdough and butter! Beautiful creamy full-bodied butter to their excellent meals. Each ingredient blends well with each other along with beautiful vineyard and country setting! Love it! Will be back. Coffee could be better though!

  Restaurant Botanica was absolutely amazing! Both the food and friendly staff were of the highest caliber! The staff considered every request made by us! Will definitely return! Make sure to try the honey butter and shiraz infused salt!

  This restaurant has a pleasant outlook over the vineyards and dishes are nicely presented. The food however was a big disappointment. After reading some good reviews I was expecting a lot more from this restaurant. An unimaginative menu and some dull tasting dishes lets this place down. The staff are friendly and attentive which is some consolation.

  Food was delish, local wine list, very warm service! One of my favourite restaurant in the Hunter Valley. Open space makes it feel very welcoming and you just want to stay there whole afternoon!
