  THE BEST FOOD IN THE HUNTER VALLEY! We went to many restaurants while visiting the Hunter Valley from Sydney, and were disappointed more or less everywhere except here. It is pricey (as are all the fine dining restaurants there) but actually worth the price. Make sure you book ahead, as walk-ins are frequently turned away (we saw this happen with a family who simply couldn't be seated inside, and the mother kicked up a huge fuss and threatened to write a bad review - don't be that woman!) The salmon appetizer was the best salmon dish we've ever had.

  Dinner was a gem. We had set menu. Had booked into Muse's kitchen not realising it wasnt the main restaurant Muse. Food excellent. Service very attentive. Classy country cottage feel. Unexpected amazing dinner.

  Beautiful food, great service, lovely setting. Real kids food available including barramundi fillet! Banquet for the adults was delicious.

  Great experience, food was delicious and inventive. It also showcases the produce and the flavour was balanced and well thought out. I thought the chocolate fondant was going to be boring but it was a great interpretation and was my favourite dish of the night. The service was attentive, friendly and efficient. Last but not least, the atmosphere was lovely, romantic and cozy.

  I am vegetarian and my artichoke was amazing, a little small but amazing and the strawberry ricotta desert was wowoowowow. If you're in the Hunter valley and you can get a table, this is a must
