    Can't recommend this place enough! The decor is very charming and cozy but the food here is what makes Circa stand out amongst all the fine dining restaurants in Hunter Valley. If you are after food that tastes as good as it looks, Circa is a must visit then.

    Gorgeous building with a fantastic and unique atmosphere. Service was great, but the dishes were somewhat lacking. More attention made to appearance of the dish and having lots of elements, rather than the fundamentals like proper seasoning and balanced flavours. Very pricey (to be expected in the Hunter I suppose). Great selection of wines (also to be expected in the Hunter)

    Poor service. The old lady didn’t even bother to say a word when bringing out our dishes. The three course meal took almost three hours. The ventilation system definitely needs to improve - this place is worse than a Korean bbq restaurant!

    An amazing dining experience. Sophisticated, without being over the top. Lovely staff and somewhere I intend on returning to again and again.
